DJ RMB
This was a commissioned job for a logo design for my close friend who needed a logo for his brand as a DJ.
The Final Logo
At some point later, my client asked me to do a second logo now for his DJing career. He gave me the concept of what he wanted and I just followed his concept for the 'DJ RMB'. Then, we decided on the font that would fit for his style and after that, he came up with the idea of putting the mixer design on the letter D. Afterwards, he gave me another idea for some headphones to hang over the letter and a wire to be plugged in to them.
The Original Logo
My client gave me the freedom to design some concepts for this logo, and the concept he ended up picking was the one that looked like a music sheet with the initials of his brand name. Then my client had the idea to add a guitar graphic and we ended up playing around with where to place it till we put in within the black shape of the 'B'. He also wanted me to add some piano keys on the left side of the letters, but since it looked to busy, we decided to just have it on the first letter. After this, we decided on the font and position for the 'muzik' text and then we added the drum sticks and 'TM' elements to finalise the brand logo.
